Randstad - 'Human Forward' campaign
About working from the inside out to show a truly human centric brand character
Randstad is a human forward organisation that helps people to find a job that suits them as a person. While data can help to recruit the best candidate for the job, Randstad wanted to emphasize to it's own people, the worth of their human touch in this process. For this brand repositioning, we chose to embed the personal touch in our approach, leveraging technology to bring uniquely individual stories and tools to every employee. Results were a live event for 3000+ employees, a personal documentary chronicling the emotional investments of one Randstad representative. And an invitation to all employees to get personal and share their own story of empathy, intuition and instinct. These stories were beautifully bundled in a book.
