SNS commits to personal growth for young adults
First people, then money. This is the new direction for SNS. Research done by the bank shows that many young adults do not feel heard or seen by banks, while they often could use and even would appreciate support from this corner. Time for change! This is why SNS introduces 'growth coaches' (groeicoaches) and why we are setting up a Youth Board (jongerenboard) together with the growth coaches. These are ways to listen to young adults and give them a voice, with attention for personal growth for each individual.
The new direction of SNS did not go unnoticed: National newspapers, trade magazines and radio broadcasters paid attention to it. Up till now it resulted in a media value of over 409K, with a total reach of 48 million.
